Our team was recently tasked with upgrading a client's backyard. The client expressed a desire to include a pool in the design, but the deep incline and easement line that cut through their yard presented a challenge. To maximize the size of the pool and comply with easement line laws, we designed the pool on an angle. Additionally, we made the deck behind the pool removable in case of any issues with the easement line, as it was located along its path.
